Description
Many talk about psychological safety and describe why it is important for well-being, but it can also create real value in software development. That’s why we will take a closer look at how we can work with psychological safety in teams, combined with radical candor and trust, to build teams that deliver high-quality and valuable software.

We have therefore invited Daniel Baker Kristen, former Product Manager, Scrum Master, and current Scrum Master with more than 10 years of experience, to give a presentation on how he has translated theory and knowledge into practice and created value for software products, collaborating teams, and colleagues. Daniel has worked with many different types of teams across various platforms, technologies, and companies.
What they all have in common is the importance of a well-functioning team – and this largely comes down to their ability to collaborate, communicate, and, not least, the level of psychological safety present.

The evening will consist of theory with references, examples, and case work, including examples of both high and low psychological safety and the consequences of each. You will leave the event with concrete tools and exercises that you can already put to use the very next morning at work or in your studies.
